Originally created in 2000, Malcolm has been around for 6 years now.
It was not until May 11th, 2005 however, that (as a weekly webcomic) Malcolm was released to the world.
History
I am admittedly not a good artist.
However, believe it or not, Malcolm came a long way in the 5 years before his
webcomic debut.
My drawing became a little more streamlined and simplified, as you can
(hopefully) see below. It was also a while before I could
draw my characters to look very consistent.
The original cast consisted only of Malcolm and his mom. After a while, Max was added, later to be followed by Alexis, then Ricky.
My workspace and materials have also been improved in quality, though I still draw everything by hand, including my lettering.
